Ms. Marquez came to LSS after experiencing serious problems with a newly installed water filtration system. Soon after installation, she began noticing black sediment in her Brita filter, kitchen sink, and even her toilet.
Despite contacting the plumbing company multiple times, the issue remained unresolved.
LSS stepped in to advocate on her behalf. A demand letter was sent, and we assisted Ms. Marquez in preparing small claims forms. The financing company, GoodLeap, ultimately agreed to refund her loan in full. Ms. Marquez has since signed a settlement agreement and is awaiting her reimbursement.
